Normally after an event I am very sore and need several weeks of recovery. Since starting on the ASEA product my perceived effort has dropped and my results have improved. More importantly I have raced 3 consecutive weekends at the 70.3 distance with limited to no soreness. In fact in my last event I posted the fastest run split I have ever posted. It’s hard to explain why I feel so good, especially after what I am putting my body through. I really can’t believe how good I feel. My recovery has been silly good!

In the off-season I do four days a week of intense training. I am getting older and I don’t recover like I used to especially after four season of taking a beating in the NFL.
