ASEA Founding Silver Executive

Over the years, I’ve learned that while I love a good challenge, I derive my greatest joy and sense of purpose from making a difference in the lives of others.   My search for a way to create meaning and have a lasting impact with my life has been extensive. In ASEA, all of the pieces have come together into what I feel is the most remarkable opportunity I’ve ever seen to positively impact the lives of others.

Why Networking?
I’m a student…  It’s undeniable- do some studying of your own!  There are so many reasons why networking is the greatest business model on earth: time freedom, financial freedom, unconventional work environment and the freedom to choose who you want to work with.  On a daily basis, I choose to surround myself with people who are positive and self-motivated.  I am SICK of excuses (from myself and others!)  The people who are successful in this business have learned to get over their excuses.  The potential to impact so many lives with a form of business where anyone who is willing to get to work can succeed is so powerful.

Why ASEA?
I’m a student… We have a product with remarkable value!  I’ve studied natural health for many years. This product had a profound effect on my personal physical and emotional health.  When I realized the potential for helping other people find their best health, I felt so compelled to learn more that I jumped in my car and drove to Salt Lake City to meet the corporate team. Now, when I hear stories daily from people using ASEA, I feel an undeniable obligation to get the word out. I’ve never felt so compelled, so motivated, so frightened that I might not be up to a challenge.  I just need to remember… help one person at a time.  I pray to be worthy of the task- up to the challenge of blessing others and helping them get over their excuses.  The more I learn the more focused I become.

Why the Start Serious team?
I’m a student…  With the experience and mentorship of this group…  Jodi and Chris, Alan, Amy, Nancy and Tyler, Walt and Alli, and the tools and processes in place here, not only am I overcoming the obstacles we all face in this industry, but I’ve become a Founding Silver Executive in ASEA (so far!) and I’m on a mission to help others reach their fullest potential.

Final thoughts:
When we abandon our character and our dreams, it can leave us floundering or lost. I’d given up hope that my life would have meaning and now that hope has been restored with this work. Now I wake up every day, so grateful and ready to find the people who are ready, and help them change their lives.       Are you ready?   RAISE YOUR HAND!!!

• Bartend, travel and solo camp my way around the country
• Earn a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder (with an emphasis in Computational Fluid Dynamics – CFD) Work in CFD research at NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View CA for several years and published my research in the AIAA Journal
• Travel in Europe
• Camp and white-water raft (for 3 months) in Canada an Alaska
• Skydive, hang-glide, mountain-bike, water-ski, snow-ski
• Study Landscape Architecture at UC Davis, and work in a nursery while my husband worked on his PhD
• Stay-at-home mom of 3 amazing kids, all involved in competitive sports and music
• National trainer for two educational programs for an essential oil company
• Massage school at Boulder College of Massage Therapy
• Massage therapy private practice
• Contract-based Technical Writer for Hewlett-Packard
