About a year ago, Luke and I had been orphaned by our previous company that was comp plan driven with a “me too” product solely existing to drive people to join the business. After that experience, we knew exactly what we did not want in a company. We did our research and came in touch with amazing team leaders who are always there to help and provide us the tools that we need with systems in place, and training available.
